Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gibajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through gibajee, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your use;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document;
• You are accessing gibajee voluntarily, for personal adult entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or professional gambling organisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using gibajee. Continued use of the platform, in any capacity, constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms in force at that time. These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform including the casino lobby, sportsbook, promotional offers, payment systems, customer support interactions, and any other features or services offered by gibajee now or in the future.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to gibajee and all associated gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. gibajee operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated in any relevant jurisdiction are not permitted to register or play.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• Not a current self-excluded player: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with gibajee or any other gambling platform. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded and then attempt to re-register are in breach of these Terms.
• Not a gibajee employee: Current employees, contractors, and direct family members of gibajee staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activities on the platform.

gibajee employs identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) to confirm the age and identity of all players. We reserve the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe. Funds held in unverified accounts may be withheld pending successful verification.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and betting services on gibajee, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal player account. The following rules apply to all accounts registered on the platform:

gibajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on gibajee are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. gibajee may from time to time adjust this minimum threshold and will communicate any changes via the platform or by direct notification to affected players.
• Supported payment methods: gibajee currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional bank transfer options may be available via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank for eligible verified accounts.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gibajee account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the relevant mobile financial service's processing times. gibajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or mobile network outages.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours. Processing times for bank card withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank. gibajee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that are legally your own. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion charges are applied by gibajee for BDT-denominated transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your gibajee account, or that have been formally verified as belonging to you. gibajee reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

gibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Welcome bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived winnings will be processed.
• Eligible games: Not all games on gibajee contribute equally to the wagering requirements for bonus funds. The contribution percentage for each game category is detailed in the individual promotion's terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse prevention: gibajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts. Behaviour that gibajee determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions: gibajee may offer special promotional campaigns aligned with the BPL and IPL cricket seasons, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant dates in Bangladesh. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited period only.

gibajee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will not affect bonuses already in progress, provided that the relevant wagering requirements are met within the stated timeframe.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games and betting markets available on gibajee are provided by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules govern gameplay across the platform:

• Game rules: Each game on gibajee is governed by its own set of rules as determined by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any real-money wager. gibajee accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system fault, or software malfunction that results in a game being rendered void or incomplete, gibajee reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the corresponding stakes to the players' accounts. gibajee's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet cancellations: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. For live in-play betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation.
• Sportsbook rules: All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and competition type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BPL Board, etc.) will be treated as definitive.
• Currency of result: All game and betting results are determined by gibajee's server-side records. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on a player's device and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Responsible use of platform features: Players are expected to use all platform features — including the live chat function, promotional claim mechanisms, and payment systems — in good faith and for their intended purposes. Systematic exploitation of any platform feature is prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gibajee. Players found to be engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity, email address, payment method, or device;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC verification process;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to theft, fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent any aspect of the platform's games, betting markets, payment systems, or promotional mechanisms;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to gibajee without first contacting our support team to seek resolution. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure;
• Accessing gibajee on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party without express written authorisation from gibajee;
• Attempting to access any part of the gibajee platform, infrastructure, or data systems other than through the normal user interface as intended;
• Any conduct that gibajee, in its sole reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gibajee and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gibajee platform or any of its services;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from the use of, or reliance upon, information or services provided by gibajee;
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the platform arising from circumstances beyond gibajee's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, server failures, mobile network issues, or acts of God;
• The actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other technology partners whose services are integrated into the gibajee platform;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gibajee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as determined by gibajee at the time the dispute arises.
